Refund & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a fair marketplace and manage turf availability, Turf ON follows a strict refund policy:

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Once a ground has been booked and the payment is successful, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We urge all players to be extremely careful while selecting their slots and confirming their bookings.

2. No-Show

Failure to arrive at the turf for your scheduled slot will result in zero refund and the slot will be considered used.

3. Payment Discrepancies

In case of a technical failure where the payment is deducted from your account but the ground is not booked (failed booking), the money will be automatically refunded to the same account within 7 working days.
